I just received a text message from Prax and he's in the hospital. I don't know details.
He said that he'd fill in the details when he gets out, but that he's doing somewhat better.
Please hold him up in prayer!

Margie, with us being so close on this forum, it's a good idea to have a contact when you need one. I have several from this forum that I could contact. If you still have my number, you could even contact me if you wish. In the past with my medical issues, LR would post for me as well as another friend from the GNC.
Renda, let Prax know we are all praying for him and keep us informed.
I am also praying for Prax. Hope all is ok.

I just spoke with him - when he went in the hospital he was running 104 temp. That is now down to normal and they are pumping him full of antibiotics. They believe it's a baterial infection that has settled in his mastoid bone (behind ear). They believe the drugs will eliminate the infection, but if not surgery will be next.
Continue to pray for him. He said to tell everyone that he really appreciates the prayers!

yeah, I spoke to him last night. They're going to do the antibiotic thing for three weeks.

Hey, Im back. I'm also exhausted lol. Hopefully in the next couple days I can get back to posting. The next 3 weeks will have to be a little different for me and my usual schedule.
I will be on anti-biotics for the next 3 weeks. 1 of them I have to take every 8 hours. One every other day.
I'll check back in though from time to time. I think it's gonna take some time to get used to being out and not stuck in a room or in bed all day.
Thank you all very much for your prayers. I covet them all.
And please keep praying that the anti-biotics will do the trick and that I will be able to keep up with all the pill popping and remember...im not a very organized person.

lol....maybe. I'm using my cell phone to keep track. It has three alarm settings so I have it go off at 8,4&1
