My youngest son, Jesse and I will be leaving for India @2:55pm on Sunday and will return on May, 1st. We will be spending our time in "Visag" & Tuni. Elections there have made our conference schedule change, but I will be preaching a Pastor's Conference Apr. 27-29. We will be traveling to vilages and visiting pastors and a school and orphanage.

These are all trinitarian pastors who have never heard the Oneness message before. Please pray for their understanding and an anointing on the services....and for our safety. We cancelled this trip last year due to the unrest against Christians in the area.

Jesse has never been out of the country on a trip like this and I am excited to have him with me! He plays guitar and leads worship. It will be a great time for the both of us.

This is a little different trip than any other trip I have taken. This is visiting a completely independent "Bishop" (fairly young man) over a large number of churches who has no organizational support or accountability. I want the Lord to have His way in this trip and in these series of meetings. I think we can be a help if the Lord allows a bonding between us that goes beyond future financial support.

The situation could become "dicey" at any time. I'm certainly not fearful, but want the Lord's wisdom and direction. I'm not sure of the internet situation where we'll be, but will update as I am able.

You all are appreciated so much, and when I travel, at times I think I have many of you with me!! At least I know I have your prayers. :D

I'll be praying for you! My pastor just get back from India last month. He was with Bro. Joshua in Secundrabad, and Bro. Satish in Vishakapatnum (sp?). The brother you are going to see, who works with trinitarians sounds a lot like Bro. Satish, do you know if this is who you are going to be fellowshiping with when you are in India?

Great things happened when my pastor was in India, and I pray even greater things happen when you are there. My pastor even got to baptize a woman who converted straight out of Hinduism, and he got to preach baptism to a bunch of independent trinitarians who were desirous to hear the truth.

LORD bless your trip!

-Bro. Alex

John,

Praying for your trip, excited to take your son. I hope to take one of my sons in the future when I go to India. Elizabeth and I will be leaving next month to go to India.

It is a spiritual harvest field, with so many hungry and willing people. They just need teaching and encouragment.

God Bless,

Keith

Praying for you.
As the Apostle Paul stated in 1 Corr 16:9:

"For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries."

India isn't America, there will be adversaries if you endevour to bring the One God, Acts 2:38 message to a hungry people.

Praying.

I pray you have a safe and successful trip. I don't envy you going to India. I used to think I would love to go visit there, but after seeing the Amazing Race go there several years and seen how overcrowded and poor this country is, I think I lost my desire to go there.

Plus I would have problems eating the spicy foods. :)

GREAT!! I'm glad you things moving in the right direction! Is this close at all to where I will be ministering?

Just wondering if it would be advantageous to get these guys together some time. I know that there is a lot of independence among pastors there and it is difficult for many of them to work together.

OK, that's clear across the Indian Ocean from where I'll be. I've been to Imphal, Manipur before. That is a restricted state requiring a special visa. At least it used to be due to all the unrest there. I pray for fruit in that area!! :D

Currently in the midst of packing!

Q. Why do men always wait to pack the night before a trip?

A. Because they can! :D

The good news is that we get to check 2 bags for free. The bad news is that one of my bags is over 50lbs! I'll shuffle things around a bit and get it right. :D

Waiting at CLE due to flight delay! Flight delayed 2hrs. Good thing we have plenty of time @ EWR to catch our International to Mumbai!

If anyone wants to follow me on Twitter, you can just like when I was in China. This will work as long as I have a WiFi connection.

I am "manofword" on Twitter!

It has been my experience that it is easier going east than west to get those. Last I looked on our flight to Dubai we were empty, but things change quickly.

Well, we made it to Mumbai/Bombay! Got in at about 9pm and got to our hotel at about 10:30. What a ride to the hotel! It was Jesse's first experience and the cabby drove worse than me in the Miata!!! Had a good Indian meal at the hotel. We leave for Visak in the morning @ 10:30am and then a 2 hr ride to Tuni!

BTW, we were able to get an empty row to ourselves!! This flight had more movies to watch than I have ever seen on any flight before. I think on the way home I'll watch the Lord of the Rings series back to back that will kill at least 9hrs!! :D

I think I'll leave that one to you guys, Bro! Baby strollers are a thing of the past for us now. As a matter of fact, you can see who is pushing the luggage "stroller" LOL (if you can see the pics)

LOL, David in a few year. Thank God for a BA worker who allowed us to go the front of the line, if we didn't we might have missed our flight.
