congrats, CJ.
Personally, that is not a day I'm looking forward to. I've got an 8 year old that I wish would stop growing. And a 6 right on her heels. Before I know it they will be gone.

Congratulations, what a beautiful young lady and handsome young man. You must be proud of them.

Were you fighting back tears in that one picture? I know the feeling been there done that, three times. She may be another man's wife but she will always be your little girl.

Crakjak, my brother,

I hope someone got a pic of the large gander chasing the photographer

just as, and after the Father and bride crossed the bridge. Isn't it

something that God would put something into a fowl that would cause

him to be SO protective of his goose, who is nesting nearby. Some humans

are not so caring.

Looking forward to the wedding photos as I know they will be beautiful!

Hugs,

One more thing, as least for now! The weather forecasters were promising
rain and thunderstorms. Saturday dawned and it looked like there prodictions
were true. But we know a GOD who listens and HE cares about things that
concern His precious ones. I've seen it so many times when people prayed,
OUR GOD listened and HE heard the cries. What a beautiful day and another
thing I could not help but notice. It was as if HE was saying, "I'll give you
another glimpse of my glory. As the evening came to a close, just before the
guests began to leave, sitting underneath the huge white tent, there at the
close of the day, was the most gorgeous, awesome sunset in the west. Thank
YOU, our Great and Caring God. Thank YOU for caring so much for your people.
We LOVE and APPRECIATE YOU SO VERY MUCH!

Thank you, everyone for your kind words, we are indeed blessed.

I was humbled by the Lord's favor with beautiful weather in the middle of two weeks of daily predictions of rain and very high winds.

Lauren is a very gracious and godly young lady, I am full of joy for her being blessed with the man of her heart. Lauren never dated (she and Nathan courted for little over one year), she had many friends, but simply trusted God that in His time He would bring him into her life. And so as she believed, it has been done.

Nathan is the most extraordinary man, he won our hearts as well as hers. He has such and natural love for the marginalized. He immediately made friends with our oldest son, and has visited and played guitar and sang at Coventry www.coventryreserve.org

Don't know exactly what pictures were taken of the gander, but I do know that he will be featured in the wedding pictures.

Brother,

These are great! Even as beautiful as these pics are, they never measure up to the
real thing! The wedding was breathtakingly beautiful. The bride and groom radiant and
everyone enjoying the festivities. The sunset was awesome as the guests begin to
depart. Seemed like many didn't plan on leaving anytime soon! Precious memories!

Gorgeous wedding. And the goose is hilarious. :D

This was one original and different wedding, the sneakers were Nathan's idea I believe, leather tops very nice shoes. And the flip-flops were both an attempt bridge the formal with the outdoors setting. I think it worked very well, hope to have more pics soon that will show the interior of the tent and the tables. We built a full size tree around the center post of the tent.

The goose added spice to the afternoon and evening, the female laid her eggs Tuesday before the wedding on Saturday. We had never had them nest here before, maybe God has a neat sense of humor. The gander would puff up to look big and once or twice flew inches above head of the photographer, he took the one picture with it just above his head. The guest seem to enjoy the show. LOL
