No wonder. I don't seem to ever get my water hot enough, but triangle or square - they still taste good!

This is the best mexican food you'll ever dream of tasting!! I've been blessed to have this food many times and for a number of years, I pressed torts every week for the "Market"! Good Times!! The best part of pressing was the reward at the end...a warm tort cooked and covered with butter. MMMMMM!!!! My mouth waters just thinking about it!

At the present I am unable to eat Mexican food, or much food at all really. However, I sure am thinking about it and am planning a special supper for a SIL...it's an annual deal as she does my taxes every year.

Anyway, the girl loves Mexican, so I am planning my meal...

Had thought about Chicken Enchiladas...have never made them before, but saw a recipe online where they add sour cream and cheese to the shredded chicken...what think ye, Monk?!

Also thinking of Steak Fajitas, which I have never made as well...

What can y'all tell me that will help here...suggestions anyone?!
