Sleeping Probelms.

It's me again as many of you know on my job I alternate between a day shift and a shift that starts at 4 in the afternoon to 1 in the morning and here lately I haven't been sleeping too great,I could use your prayers at this time.

does shift work and has for many years. Shift work is not always easy to adjust

I know there are a lot of pressures & stresses in our lives nowadays & shift work just complicates things.
