Something that made me think this weekend:

First Resurrection = power, right?

Second Resurrection = no power, right?

But God will have a people that does not make it in the First Resurrection, people who will suffer and come through the Tribulation.

IF, and only IF, God has people that come through the Great Tribulation, they won't make it through because of the Holy Spirit, because there is no power in the Second Resurrection.

So am I way off in left field, maybe even outside Yankee Stadium, with this trainwreck of thoughts on this topic?

God will have a people that go through the trib and come out victoriously. It is none other than the end time New Testament Church! Whoever is alive and in it when that time comes. They will do it because of the mighty Holy Spirit power in their lives. Christ in you the hope of glory.

so what does the Bible speak of when it says that in the Second Resurrection, there is no power?

Maybe he's referring to Rev 20:6?

Blessed and holy [is] he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

Hi Jeremy. Which one is you in the picture? I have wondered more than once when seeing it.
