Do any of you good Canadian folks know the status of Felicity and Hubby? The last I recall they had just made a u turn from having "gone charismatic" and were rapidly heading back to the UPC.

I enjoyed listening to his sermons when he pastored in Surrey and was wondering if he is pastoring again somewhere and if so where and does the church have a website?

I believe they are back in New Brunswick, though I don't know what city, and are continuing with their China ministry.

The last that I heard they were safe in the bosom of the mother church (UPCI), pastoring a congregation in NB, and dreaming of the conquest of China for Christ.

Wherever they are, I pray that they are blessed, and I'm sure that they're a blessing.

They are indeed some of the nicest people that you could hope to meet.

The UPCI is fortunate to have people of their calibre, ability, and dedication rejoin them.

(Not to mention people who got their theology from the Bible and not from a WAP quarterly. :killinme)

I figured by now they had paid penance enough to have rejoined the mothership but when I went to the UPCI website and plugged in his name it did not come up.

If you know the name, you can check the district web site (http://www.atlanticdistrictupci.org/html/ministers.htm).

Hey I want to know. If they are missionaries again to China then I would love to support them. My husband was a missionary for three years in China.I love Felicity and have read her posts for a few years now. I do miss her posting but who has a lot of time any more?

They always seemed so nice to me. Sister Felicity and I have written to each over by e mails in times past. She never said one negative thing about the UPC to me. I wish I could visit with her sometime but Canada is a long way from Brazil...

My husband was a missionary for three years in China.I love Felicity and have read her posts for a few years now. I do miss her posting but who has a lot of time any more? I am grateful for your interest in China. My heart is so filled with love for the Chinese, and when you consider this is a communist nation of 1.3 billion people, it is truly overwhelming at times.

I founded New Direction China Ministries in 2005. We raise funds to help impoverished students in China attend university. We are sponsoring 20 students this year. We gather these students together in a student fellowship where they are being mentored.

I am leaving on Monday for China to present bursaries to these 20 students. Please pray for me as I go. If there is anyone interested in this ministry send a request by email and I will send you a brochure and a copy of our latest newsletter.

I also want to thank everyone for the kind remarks that have been made here. I have very little time to post on AFF or anywhere else. Just know that we are settled in NB and enjoying life and ministry.
