Hello, God bless. I guess you can say I'm a new member, praise God. To tell a little bit about myself I was raised by a foster father who is a pastor of an apostolic church in Baltimore, Maryland and took me in at age 14. I'm young in my 20s. Recently married, no children. I had my Acts 2:38 experience at age 15. I began ministering under the Pentecostal Churches of the Apostolic Faith (the same organization my father preached under) at age 17, however I now attend and preach under a church within the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ (COOLJC).

Thank you for your welcome and God bless. In a nutshell both organizations came out of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World. Both are very conservative on matters of salvation and holiness... COOLJC tends to be more legalistic and holds to it's traditions more closely. Women wear headcoverings, there is no divorce and remarriage, no jewelry, etc, like the old UPCI days. I don't neccesarily agree with everything COOLJC, but I believe the Holy Ghost has led me under the Apostle I'm currently working under now for various reasons, so I've submitted myself to his church's traditions, along with my wife, (who had a problem with the headcoverings at first..lol).
