View Full Version : Prayer for ANOTHER Friend - Pregnant & In Hospital

My wonderful, young co-worker ended up in the hospital today.

She went to Urgent Care because of a backache and they sent her to Labor & Delivery. She's not due till end of December.

They gave her an IV and said the baby's heartrate was over 170. Now she says they have given her a second IV, and if her fever doesn't come down, they will put her under an ice blanket.

Have no idea what's going on...but please pray for her. She wasn't sick earlier today. Don't know why she would have a fever. :dunno

Our GREAT LORD GOD, we bring this sweet co-worker to You, humbly asking for Your
Touch. LORD, give the physicians the wisdom to do what needs to be done for her.
LORD GOD, would you place, as it were, Your Hands upon the doctors and nurses hands
that they might do only what You see needs to be done, in Jesus Name!
Thank You, for what You will do for this co-worker!

They let her go home last night, but if her fever doesn't stay down, she has to go back.

This sounds potentially very serious. Lord, touch and heal this lady, please. You are the giver of life and we ask that you would protect this little life until time for his/her entry into this world in December. In Jesus' name!
