Please pray for my friend, Jason Harvell. His wife passed away early this morning. They had recently celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary. Jason is sick himself and feels so helpless, she died before the ambulance arrived. He though she was just getting some much needed sleep, but discovered she was not breathing.

She had some kind of flu I think and ulcers on her throat. Running fever, trouble breathing, especially while lying down. They said in children this problem usually was easily treatable, but not for adults. She was 30 years old. She said yesterday that she just was not feeling right, and couldn't understand why her fever was not going away. She was on antibiotics and I am sure some steroids to help keep her airways open and help with the inflammation.

Jason used to post here and on GNC, I keep up with him on Facebook now. We were just joking with each other last night. It makes me so sad.

I am not sure, the main concern seemed to be the ulcers on her throat. I am sure that affected her breathing. She never mentioned that they thought she had the swine flu.

AFF member JWHarv's wife Renee passed away this morning.
I don't know all of the details,I understand there is something posted on his facebook page.
They attended church with PastorRush.

She was young,she was under forty.Please pray for JW.

I thought he was the one with the health issues, I didn't realize it was his wife.

Oh I am horrified I had no idea its been so long since I'd heard
about this godly couple, I used to be closer with her at another
forum but its been at least 4yrs ago since we connected., wow!

*I can't imagine why* that too many of our own are passing
away from cancer, right now its at an almost epidemic proportion
including those whom aren't saved, even as we speak, my FIL may
pass tonight and I'm already so sad nervous even depressed (he's
not saved). I will pray for broJason., and his whole family.

I can't even imagine how devastated Jason must be feeling tonight. I'm certainly praying for him.

I saw on Facebook that he is not asking for flowers. But he is asking that if people want to do something, that they would donate to help cover the cost of the funeral. I'm sure that as young as they are, they probably never gave alot of thought to things like life insurance. Is anyone on here planning to take up a collection to send to Jason? I want to give. I don't have alot, but if several of us give a little, it will still add up. If no one else wants to do it, I would be willing to collect and send checks down to Jason along with a nice card. Admin, can you please let me know if you want me to do that? Once I hear from someone in Admin, if you want to help, you can PM me and I will PM you my address so you can send whatever you can. Is that ok??

I'm shocked and saddened to hear about Renee's passing. We used to talk a lot on the GNC and I know she also had other health problems as does Jason. I'm so sorry to hear this.

I just got home tonight from my mother's funeral to read this sad news. My thoughts and prayers are with him as he deals with such as tremendous loss.

I just saw this. It is just so very sad. this is a wonderful couple who have suffered much in their young lives.

Yesterday morning at church,they said Renee died in Jason's arms,my pastor helped in the funeral today,I had to work last night so I was unable to attend.
