View Full Version : My husband needs prayer

He told me this morning he needs to see a doctor so that means it's serious for him. He said he's been getting dizzy and it goes away, but last night he could tell it was getting worse. So, why didn't he tell me last night?!!!!!
I'm taking him to see his doctor today, so pray that the doctor will do the right thing. I just hate going to a doctor's office!!!!
I suspect it's his blood pressure or just to many hours at work.
Thank you!!! :tiphat

...or living with you! :toofunny
I'm glad that he is seeing the need to go to the doctor - sounds like high blood pressure. Working long hours with less rest could aggravate that too.
Praying that all is fine!

That was my first thought! :toofunny
Set the appointment for 10:00!
Maybe this time he won't throw the medication in the trash!
Thanks for your prayers!

Lord God, in the Name of Jesus,
Look down on Pressing-On and her husband as they go to
the doctor today! No matter what his problem is, YOU are the
answer. We pray you would direct the doctor and give wisdom
to find the problem, in Jesus Name!

Thank you all so much for your prayers! His blood pressure was 145/96 which wasn't as bad as three years ago. They put him on another blood pressure formula. The one he threw away (lol) was making him sick and he didn't want to take anything.
So, he is now asleep and I am going to spend his money the rest of the evening! :happydance :happydance
I love you all and knew I could count on your concern and your prayers!!!
Now, I'm off to shopville - remembering - "If the shoe fits, buy it in every color!!"

Yeah, never mind is right. :toofunny
I am still praying he will be all right. I just don't understand why he was so dizzy. His blood pressure wasn't that high. I know the 96 was pushing it too close to 100, but it has been worse. It is probably a combination of working 7 days a week. They should be caught up in a couple of weeks and cut back to 6 days, which is bad enough.
I know he was feeling bad because he let me drive!!!! He never gets in a vehicle if a women is driving. :toofunny

Sis. Pressing-On,
Could it possibly be that your hubby's problem could be inner ear
related? Sometimes an inner ear infection can make you dizzy! Just
a thought!
Blessings,

Sister Falla,
Thank you so much for your prayers. The doctor did say that his ears were a bit red, but when he has allergies you can tell. She did get him to get some Claritin, so possibly it will help.
He is off all weekend and that may give him the needed rest. He said he is still a little dizzy today.
God Bless!
