Just received this from a friend:

HACKER WARNING! There is a new way to hack your Facebook. A Notification will be sent to you that one of your friends has commented on your status, it will open a new page and tell you to re-enter your Facebook user name and password. The page looks just like the FB login page so be on the look out!! plz repost this to your status to let your facebook family know copy & paste !!!!!!!!!!!

People who have been hacked by this exploit will then also send you links to videos. Clicking on the video link will cause you to automatically download an infected video codec which will infect your local machine further.

From now on, any of my posts that are in any way offensive to anyone on AFF were not posted by me. It was the virus.

I saw this warning on Facebook a few minutes ago:

URGENT! FACEBOOK VIRUS ALERT.
An email recently went out to women asking them to post the color of their bra in support of breast cancer awareness.
THIS IS A VIRUS.
To fix it, you must remove your bra, then go to Settings>Enable Webcam>Record Movie>Upload to Facebook.

LOL! Good grief! I get so many of these warnings, I thought it was a virus!!! I just read the first part and deleted it. Didn't even read the rest. Well, the girl that sent it to me is an idiot, so I thought it was just another stupid game. :toofunny :toofunny

I thought people were just randomly coming up with colors and typed in "Aqua Marine" then my wife, who knew what was going on, stopped me.

Here's a genius idea:: NEVER get suckered and phished by not entering your password and user name except in screens you normally do. This goes for banking too. And for God's sake, please don't ever give someone you don't know your SSN.

But it is fun to put other peoples email addresses and passwords (if you know them, and don't like them).
