I buy the precooked and peeled colossal shrimp at Sam's. I make a sauce of butter, seasoned salt, a bit of lemon, orange peel and ginger spice, and fresh minced garlic. This is also great on Lobster tail.
Skewer up the shrimp and let them soak for 30.min.
Get the fire real hot and close air to create smoke. Give them three minutes per side (or 5 minutes for large uncooked shrimp) baste remaining mixture while turning. There should be no clear, or jelly looking meat left, but do NOT overcook. This is easy to do, and a big mistake because the meat will turn rubbery.
Enjoy!

I just bought an indoor grill. We grilled fillets and they were actually good. I was surprised. It was so much easier than dealing with charcoal and waiting forever to get the coals hot.
I like grilled corn on the cob. It took us forever to get the grilling time down last summer and now we can't remember how long we grilled them. lol
We grill shrimp with butter and garlic. They are delicious.

I'm eventually going to buy the indoor grill from Cuisinart. The bigger one (http://www.cuisinart.com/catalog/product.php?product_id=295&item_id=397&cat_id=341) in the Griddler series...

My best friend said her BIL wrapped his shrimp in bacon and grilled them about 3-5 minutes.
She said they were moist from the bacon.

one of my husbands favorites is ribs. i soak them overnight in Italian dressing. the next day, i place them in a large foil pan. pour the italian dressing over the ribs. put them in the oven on 200. flip every hour for 5 hours. get the grill hot, season the ribs with meat tenderizer. put on the grill long enough to get the grill look and taste! if you like BBQ sauce...SWEET BABY RAYS IS the best thing i have found in a LOOONG TIME! i use to make my own sauce...sweet baby rays is GREAT!!!! snack some bbq sauce on the ribs and they are good to go!!!
