36 deg f yesterday in Austin Texas.
Yesterday in Vancouver, B.C. it was in the fifties and rainy!
Feels like Springtime.

Our cold snap won't last long.
We get a few of these a year. Once February is over, we'll be in the 70's again... until May hits when the 100's start.

It is 42 degrees here in Louisiana and windy. Brrrrrrr--- I went out to walk around 2 pm and had to turn around it was just too cold. I know I sound like a sissy to you northerners.

Well, that sounds like fun, Thad...if I were coming to y'all's picnic, I'd bring you a peach cobbler.
As for the weather here...I don't like it at all, son, but this is where my momma is.
If I had a choice, I'd live in Sacramento or maybe a little farther north...and if I plumb lost my mind, I'd move to 'Mayberry' Illinois where one of my brothers pastors a church.

sacramento is pretty crowded with tons of traffic
there is a nice little town just above sacrameto in the foothills called Auburn that is nice as well as Eldorado hills. ever heard of it ?
