Witnessing the Miraculous

Someone recently said to me that the gift of healing was for the apostles and that there is no documented medical evidence of a miracle in the day. When we think of the so-called faith healers and their exposed heresy I can see where one would doubt.

Have you personally experienced a miracle? Not to discount headaches and blood-pressure blessings, but I'm speaking of cancers falling off, get up out of the wheel chair type miracles.

I have seen visible cancer disappear, deaf ears open, broken bones instantly healed, Chrone's Disease healed, with medical documentation, malignant tumors disappear with medical documentation, and the list could go on.

My youngest son was born with a birth defect, and growth on the string of his tongue that was going to prevent his learning to talk.

We prayed for him and the thing disappeared, much to our doctor's amazement, because she was wanting to schedule him for surgery.

God is a miracle worker.

We had a lady healed of cancer when she attended a home fellowship group in March. Our group was hosted at their home the last Wednesday night of March. She had just gotten the results of testing that day, and the doctors informed her she had lymphoma. We prayed for her at the home fellowship group, and our assistant pastor said on that night that he felt that the Lord had worked a miracle in her life.

She came to "Friend Day" at our church this past Sunday. The doctors have said she is "Cancer free".

My son had asthma. He'd been taking three breathing treatments a day for over a year. His condition didn't seem to be getting much better. One night at revival when Bro Jonathan Suber preached--in September 2006... my 8 yr old son asked to be prayed for. He hasn't had to have any breathing treatments or any other form of medication for asthma since that night. His doctor is amazed-- and she herself will tell anyone, that this child has been healed of asthma.

I have seen a dead woman raised to life, my own mother had colon cancer, with medical evidence of cancer (picture), prayer was made, God healed her, when she had surgery no cancer was found.

A woman I prayed for in India, had a spike (2 to 3 inch thorn in her back for
7 years, instantly come out of her back when hands were laid on)

I have a conviction about the healing ministry, every church needs to have one, it is essential, nothing demonstrates the Kingdom of God and confirms the Gospel message like healing.
