Every so often I get a message that I'm not allowed to view attachments here.
Some times they are attachments that I have posted but then I can't view them.

I found very similar information, and tried using them in my posts. But I soon learned that those codes need to be installed into the vbulletin system by the admins, and we cannot make tables until they are on that end.

No problem. You'll need to know basic HTML. For now there is no options. It's just a 1 pixel border

Why is there such a space from the top of the post to the table?

The only answer I have is it has to do with code in our templates

Ok I discovered the issue. VB has a rendering problem. It counts every break or space between tags and puts it between the table and the top. Really jacked up

So, essentially don't break code with returns or hitting ender. Here is an example

Notice there is less space? The less breaks the better. Also check the code, table and td tags MUST have an EQUAL sign following them table= td=

Then if you want to include other attributes like border you have table="border=1" inside the brackets. My code is made to create the black borders in both IE and FF. Since FF does not render the "border" and "bordercolor" attributes.
