Many of you may be aware of the situation regarding my wife, Dee.

I know some of you are at least...

Well... a bright point has come into view with this whole situation.

The specialist called Dee yesterday. She explained that the tests came back negative for lupus. She mentioned that the test is only 80% accurate, so there is a possibility we may have a flare... but she's relatively confident that we're good to go.

She asked Dee to have a low tolerance of anything out of the ordinary and to call her immediately if anything funky happens.

With that, she's going to let our primary doctor know, and make a few suggestions to him about the current treatment of blood thinners and leave it at that unless any problems arise.

Thank you for your prayers. And Thank God for hearing them. :bliss

Continuing to keep both you and your wife in my prayers.

I know it's tough not having answers you're looking for from the doctors. I'm at that point myself regarding a medical diagnosis myself. I try to just leave it in God's hands.. and take one day at a time. Sometimes it's just so hard to do.

So the primary doctor's office has called Dee and they are concerned with the fact that the coumadin they've had her on has not done the job of thinning her blood. They're upping her dosage and they're referring her to a Hematologist for more tests...

*sigh*
Please continue to keep us in prayer...

Bro...I have been praying for your famiy since reading your initial post. I have a good friend who has lupus, and it's a devastating illness. God is helping though, and she lives a full life...

We will continue to cover Dee with prayer...please keep us posted!!!

Awesome Bro! We'll keep praying, but we'll be anxiously awaiting more good reports!
