Oh boy, I didn't see this until just now and it's 9:45 pm. But I'll begin praying even now. I'm sure that we need to pray for relief from pain so Sis Esther can get a good night's rest. That will speed the healing process for her.

Praise the Lord everyone! Just got off the phone with Sis. Esther. She came home from the hospital approx. 2 hours ago. The corpal tunnel on her right arm went smoothly and the Dr. expects complete healing on that.

Sis. Esther reports that the neck surgery was tedious and there was a lot that needed repaired. Again the Dr. is expecting a good recovery but he did tell her that she would be in moderate to severe pain for a few weeks.

She is is a lot of pain right now and asks that everyone pray for her. She will not be able to post for a while but I will keep in contact with her for updates. She thanks everyone for their concern and prayers.

Sister Esther is probably one of the sweetest ladies in God's Kingdom that you would ever want to meet. Her heart and mind is totally sold out to the cause of God. I dearly love this fine sister and grieve that she has had so much health problems in the last few years.

I trust and pray that will be the end of her problems. I want to also thank everyone for their prayers for her. It means a lot to me...personally.

She was sent home after surgery and had a reaction, so she is now back in the hospital.

Esther was having neck & back pain after surgery-plus some other symptoms-continue to pray for her, she would appreciate that very much.

She will be in the hospital for 3 days.

Hello to my dearest friends.

I came home yesterday afternoon from the hospital.

I am still in much pain. I have 3 blood clots in two of my arms.

I am typing slow so you can read this easier. lol

I can not tell you how much I appreciate your prayers. I still am in need of them.

Their goal is to try and dissolve the clots, without them breaking off going somewhere they shouldn't.

I am on blood thinners and a host of other stuff.

I am tired now so I will go it is another 45 minutes before me next dose of pain meds.

The pain is coming and going, according to how much pain meds I take. :)

My neck burns like it is on fire.

My hand is doing as expected.

I am running a low grade fever now, or could have been I just checked it since I was aching all over.

Again, to everyone that has prayed for my may God richly bless you.

I don't see how I can go back to work by next Wed knowing how little I can do today.?

I am sorry you have had complications with your surgery. My wife is trying to avoid neck surgery. She had an epideral in her neck a couple of months ago that really helped but it seems to be wearing off now. She is afraid of neck surgery so your experience thus far is not going to reassure her any! Back and neck surgery are scary. Her back surgery releived some of her leg pain but did not "fix" her. We are praying for divine healing for that.

I will continue to pray for your recovery and in particular about the blood clots and fever. I hope the fever does not indicate infection.

My left arm today shows a lot of broken blood vessels. I don't know if that is from the blood clots or what. This arm has really bothered me and I didn't have any surgery on it.

I still covet your prayers. Something is not quite right here????

My first neck surgery was a breeze and went very well. This one is another story. I almost wish I didn't have it done at this time. Maybe in a couple of weeks I will feel differently.

Praying Esther, my wife has carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands.
She will need something to fix them as well.

The doctor removed the staples in my neck and the stitches in my hand today.

He said at least another two weeks before I can go back to work.

Last night was NOT a good night.

I had the privilege of meeting with Sis. Esther this week and she is doing so much better. She is on her feet, was able to enjoy a walk around the block, and her Dr is lessening her pain medicine now.

We enjoyed fellowship and prayer. God is good! Thank-you for continued prayers for she and her husband. He has been a trouper and taken very good care of her.

I appreciate you coming by to pray for me.

I am still tired very easily. I hate that. Riding seems to make my neck very sore.

I am very concerned about my left arm/hand, it has a blood clot in it and must not be dissolved yet as my hand is swollen more this morning and still hurting.

I wanted to go to church today but I am worn out by the time I get my shower and try to do something with my hair, with my husbands help. He is NOT a hair stylist, but I do appreciate what he is able to do.

I think I will try and go to church online today with the POA.
