I remember recently, someone from another forum, criticizing AFF for talking about sex! Does that mean that that individual would be offended by a forum discussing the Song of Solomon? How much would the Admins, on AFF, allow in the discussing of this most memorable book in the Bible? Just wonderin'! Don't really have anything to discuss. Do you?

At the homeschool forum where I post, we use the term "having tEa" when we want to discuss sex. (And all associated analogous language)
So are you wanting to discuss sex and call it "discussing this most memorable book?"

It is certainly an interesting book. And it is Bible!
Renda, .... praying for your family. But, I do have a request! Please quit talking about all that cooking you're doing! :girlytantrum Makes it tough to stay away from sweets, after you get through posting. Mnnn good!

NO NO NO.... I don't want to discuss ..... "SEX" ....... I guess, well, okay..... just "discussing this most memorable book?" I'm just tired of some of the long, long, long threads that never resolve the issues. (Holiness, Grace, Baptism, God or Gods, etc.) But, after we "discussed this most memorable book" we probably would still have a lot of unresolved issues, don't you think? :heeheehee

I think discussion of this book of the Bible is possible if the participants are mature and not wanting to do so for the "shock" value.
I do think there are natural places the discussion could go that should not on a public forum that anybody of any age can access.

I guess Al Gore would like this scripture from Song of Solomon.... Song of Solomon 1:16 Behold, thou art fair, my beloved, yea, pleasant: also our bed is green.

It does seem like the "sexual" comments are getting heavier on different threads. Is it because spring is here? lol

Thank you so much for the prayers! I believe God touched her Friday night and so does she! She said a peace come over all of them in the room and I feel at that moment God changed something in her! How does ANYONE live without knowing that peace!
I can't make that promise - - it's what I love to do and sharing the recipes is fun too! I've got them "fixed up" for a while....can't wait to get up there this weekend to take it to them and hug her.
