Hope you don't mind my transparency.

I will simply copy and paste, without edit, my posts (I'll omit all the replies) from my thread on another forum, entitled "Please Pray for my Unborn Daughter" for you. FYI: from 1st post till last is less than 24 hrs.
Here ya go:

06-01-2011, 09:27 PM The doctors were looking at my wife's ultrasound. It appears that the amniotic flud is at low levels. Worse, it appears that the spine is not covered properly by skin. This condition sounds like spina bifida, a condition that caused my mother to be wheelchair-bound her entire life.

My wife and I were recently praying, telling God that we would pay the price to be used and in His will. I don't know if it's related... all I know is that it is a scary thing.

It's been quite a difficult pregnancy this time with her gestational diabetes (which I pray leaves after delivery). That, with low blood pressure has caused her to faint several times. We're now getting her blood sugar regulated and that has helped some.

I appreciate your prayers more than I can express. We are not looking back and not taking back our prayers. We will pay the price. Whatever happens, we ask for grace. May this situation result in the glory of God. Thank you to those of you who will bring this before the throne.

06-02-2011, 04:03 AM Thank you all so much.

I forgot to mention that today at 3pm she will be going back in for another ultrasound for futher examination. Our God can work a miracle in hours just as easily as He can in 10,000 years. In Jesus name. __________________________________________

06-02-2011, 07:42 PM Update: the young woman runnning the ultrasound machine said, regarding the low lovels of fluid, "Well, you did something right!" The levels are much higher now. Not bad at all. Thank God.
However, regarding the spina bifida and uncovered spine, she looked at the machine for a long while, muttered and took the results to the guy who is evidentally smarter than her. They both agreed and the same thing came out of both of their mouths: "There is no problem whatsoever" "beautiful" and "perfect."Gentlemen, your faith allowed God to work a miracle in just a few hours. I can not describe our relief................... or thankfullness ....................... or determinatinn.

To God be all the glory now and for ever. We are also ever indebted to you fine men of God and your spouses and churchs who may have helped pray to a yet very alive God.

Satan, you were the first looser in all of time and you loose again.

That's it!! I can't describe how scary it is to receive a report about your baby like that, especially when it's an "over due" problem. What a mighty God I serve! Thanks for bearing with me as I lift Him up and give all the credit and glory to the One who deserves it all!

Whatever all that was about.......

Man, I cant even just lift up Jesus without someone trying to bring me down?!? Nothing like a "Christian" attitude.....

More times than not, you should not "just say".

Glad to read your good report!

The count of 70 people reading the story may not be accurate. Forum counters also include viewing by the search engine spiders that read threads multiple times. Also, one person could have read it 20 times to see what other people were saying.
