When I first posted this I titled it Urgent Prayer For A Friend....I changed it because God is not hurried because He is in control and He isn't taken by surprise. So I'm believing and trusting He is already in control of this situation and he knows the beginning from the ending. The situation is that I have a friend that will be having a baby in 9 weeks....She isn't married and has a troubled history and she lives with her parents...Her parents have basically shut any people she has been friends with out of her life because they ar not "growing Christians" which also means me cause I am Pentecostal and not Baptist. She has been trying to straighten up her life and I've stuck by her as a friend she could talk to through thick and thin....not trying to undermine her parents authority but trying to let her vent safely and then explain where h parents could be coming from"and yeah she's a adult" There isn't alot of love shown in that family and there has been abuse physically and emotionally. She needs some major prayer....the whole family does....I'm seeing a friend that's about to go down a dark path because she feels like she's been left no choice cause they are about to kick her out...and this time she may not come back from that dark path.My heart is breaking as a friend cause I can see Gods hand on her life.I want to tell the parents"don't you see what you are doing?"But I can't.I know this is long and I appreciate your patience in reading this.It grieves me to have a friend that I feel like I have been instrumental in encouraging and praying for and even ministering to...she had never heard of the HG before and when we talked I could feel the hunger she had for wanting more than what she had but to put all this effort and to rejoice as her hunger for God grew and then her own family tear her down and crush her spirit.I just want God to do what He does best.

I'm praying that God will give you the wisdom to encourage your friend . . . Have faith that whatever path she takes will eventually lead her to Jesus.
