Please keep me in prayer. I was notified yesterday that I would not be transferred from the school, and furthermore I would be placed on the night shift, completely removing me from Word Alive (Bible Study) on Wednesday nights. If this has to happen, I will resign from the school district on August 19. Before I have to give up the ministry, the assembling together with other believers, and the Word, I will give up everything else in my life.
I will attempt to go see the Executive Director on Monday to discuss this. But, like I said, if I am forced to go to nights, I will file my resignation. My love for God and service to him is worth more than 16 years at Aldine, and I refuse to sacrifice my Lord for a paycheck. I have faith believing that God will make a way, and He will receive the glory.
