I also like Herman Cain a lot but I am afraid that he is too frank and honest in this day of political correctness. I thing he has said, and will probably say in the future, too many polarizing things to get the vote of the 40% that are independents.

Oh, and by independents I mean for the most part those that are indifferent, lazy or too uncaring to be plugged into current events, history, and politics. They just vote for President every four years for whoever pushes the right buttons with them and doesn't offend them with any strong positions.

Whoever wins the Republican nomination will beat Obama. I say that not expecting Perry to win it, though if he rebounded he'd have a chance, I think he blew a golden oppertunity.

I still think at the end of the day Romney's Mormonism comes back to bite him, and therefore if Herman Cain can ride this wave of momentum, he will get the Republican nomination.

In the general election it takes the race card off the table, and Cain would mop the floor with Obama in any debate.
I think Cain will only get stronger and will win the whole thing.

I am starting to agree with these sentiments. I would LOVE to have him in the Oval Office!

As long as he sticks it to those who make a nickle more than hour than you, he'll have YOUR vote! Oh ya!
