I just received a phone call concerning a Young Solider who is wounded in Afghanistan, he is to be flown to Germany tomorrow morning.

Other soldiers around him were killed,and his grandparents are requesting prayer,please keep this young soldier in your prayers.

May God have mercy on this young soldier! Bro. Scott, no doubt God allowed you to know and hear about this young soldier so you could post it on AFF and we could pray. May all who see and hear about this young man, pray for him. May God also comfort and reassure his family that HE is in control, in Jesus Name!

I didn't notice yesterday that other soldiers around this soldier were killed.
May our GREAT LORD GOD bring peace and comfort to the families of every
soldier that was killed. May GOD KEEP all of the soldiers that are in harms way,
in JESUS NAME!

I just got word that this young man was in Germany in a hospital for a week and has been returned to the field.

I am still praying for him, but am thankful that he was able to return to duty.

He may need more prayer now than ever before. Watching ones friends perish and then having to go back into a dangerous situation has to be very hard.
