Great words! Strange by I have said some of the similar things to a couple friends recently. At the end, you cannot control hurt... Hurt happens, you can control your level of forgiveness.

Why is he showing clips with white people doing the rage and anger things and not black people. He showing the black people as the ones doing the forgiveness and the whites as the ones who are exciting the anger thing.

And he is there with the devil praying! Obama! The one who took away the day of prayer but participated with the Muslims in their day of prayer??
Friend, your point is excellent, I would find a different example to express then TD Jakes as a spiritual advisor.

TD Jakes' ministry is especially to the black community and he is doing a great job of it. Forgiveness in the black community toward whites would go a long way to eliminating the anger and tensions in our nation. If the so called black leaders at the national level, would preach forgiveness, they would find most whites as partners in peace. They aren't trying to find peace, since they capitalize on hatred.

You can't judge TD thru your lens of experience, he must speak to the experience and attitudes of the community that he is reaching. Praying with and for BO is not an indictment of TD, any more than Billy Graham praying with Clinton or Nixon, or even Reagan.
