She is on full life support. Having seizures. The drs have given them 0% chance of survival. Keep praying. We have an awesome God.

Praying for this family and this baby! We serve a mighty God!
I don't want to be insensitive - and maybe I missed it somewhere, but do we know how the baby ended up in a ditch? Was there a tornado or something? ---- Jesus be with this family -- wrap them in the comfort of Your arms!

One of the doors was cracked open and she snuck out.
Her mother ran outside and found her face down in 18 inches of water.
She ran her inside, called 911 and attempted CPR.
When the medics got there she was still unresponsive, they took her to the hospital and the drs worked on her. They found a faint pulse so they life flighted her to Texas children's hospital.
The family is still being told no chance, and her health is declining. She's having multiple seizures. Everyone is praying. The doctors were suppose to meet with the family at 11am central time and has yet to do so.
They need a great miracle!

5 pm Thursday:
Annaleigh is a very sick little girl. Again we thank you for prayers, love, visit, texts, snacks etc
The Weester has been given a 20% survival chance for tonight. Having already endured 45+ minutes of CPR already, the doctors say that they will not resuscitate in the event her little heart stops tonight. They are giving 3 drugs for her heart at maximum levels and much fluids for blood pressure therefore the balance for heart survival is precarious. Should her little heart tire out tonight, then we count that as God's decision to take her.
Should she survive the night, tomorrow's mountain is bigger than tonight's due to Friday being danger day for brain swelling. Our little girl faces a difficult time the next few hours and in all reality, we are already living with extended grace for her life.
Should the Lord decide to take our Annaleigh on to be with him, we are so thankful for the 15 months of joy she brought into our lives. We will never forget the giggles, wiggles, bows and snuggles she brought to our home. We never thought one little girl could brighten up so many days. And who could have known that 100 pictures per day on FaceBook would give here such a celebrity status. The little thing never wore a bow or outfit 2 times, ha. That last remark will get me in trouble.
I thank the Lord for this fellowship of people who offer love and care unreservedly. Thanks to everyone for prayers offered on behalf of our sweet Annaleigh and family
Sincerely.....rks

Indecision was upon the countenance of the young mother.....
Should I really let my baby run to him....
His smile lifted as did his hand....
Suffer her to come to me.....
I know it will hurt for you to let her....
But trust me enough allow her to come to me.....
Mom trusted.....
And our Annaleigh stepped from her mother's embrace into His.....
At 3:27 a.m. April 13, 2012 our sweet Annaleigh stepped from our world to His......
And amid tears Mom saw the little brown hand and big smile turn and wave that everything is OK.....
On another day the Mom placed that baby in the room that had gotten her him.....
And processed the questions of the prophet...
Is it well with thee, thy baby and thy household?
She answered , "It is well"....
And then just a moment ago the questions were asked....
Is it well with thee, your household, and your baby....
And gently Mom knew, just at did the the others....
It is well....

"What Christmas Could Not Do"
I love the holiday season. Few occasions present themselves to us in this life that provide such joy, peace, and happiness.
Families eat together...
Remember the birth of our Savior...
Play dominoes and cards...
Watch football...
Tell the same, old, tired jokes...
Exchange gifts...
Gossip...
I treasure these special times when we attempt to unplug from the hustle of life, clear our minds, and reflect on the blessings of God.
This past Wednesday, at the bidding of a fifteen month old little angel, we were given a special, unexpected moment in time.
When we were first informed of Annaleigh’s drowning, we immediately felt the panic, hurt, fear, uncertainty, and questions which are natural to situations such as these. Soon, however, we realized that God was truly in control, and began to trust Him.
As I sat in the hospital, waiting on the helicopter to arrive with Annaleigh, I immediately sensed that we were about to have a special moment in life. We were going to witness sweet Annaleigh do what Christmas could not do.
It would be the performance of a lifetime.
For the next 36 hours, she battled. Not for herself, but for those of us gathered near her. We thought we were there for her, but in all reality, she was there for us.
36 hours of prayer...
Friends, family, and colleagues, united around one cause...
No arguing about political candidates...
No debate regarding the upcoming election...
No cards or dominoes, but we did manage to work in the same, old, tired jokes...
36 hours of unity...
People on every continent across the globe... focused...
New friendships created...
Old friendships renewed...
Reconciliations...
New commitments made...
Old commitments rekindled...
Each tremor of seizure in her hands, was Annaleigh stepping to the conductor’s pedestal, orchestrating the performance of her lifetime...
36 hours of healing
36 hours of love revival
36 hours of preferring others
36 hours of devotion and servitude
To the naked eye, her little arms, spread beside her body seemed so weak...
But with each tremor, she was gripping families, friends, acquaintances, and colleagues and pulling them together. With each moment, with each breath, she did what Christmas could not do...
Thank you, Annaleigh, for the giggles...
Thank you, Annaleigh, for the smiles...
Thank you Annaleigh, the clarity of life...
Thank you, Annaleigh, for the performance of your lifetime.
See you soon.
Kim and I will bring bubbles...

This life can be cruel, yet it is moments like these that we realize, this is not it, there is much, much more!!!! We are not physical beings having a spiritual experience, we are spiritual beings having a physical experience (this life). The spiritual is much, much greater!!! This is the tent, not our permanent abode.

Annaleigh was the Daughter of Redonia Smith, Daughter of Rev. R. Kent and Tracie Smith. They have pastored in Conroe Texas for about 20 years.
Kent's Dad is RW Smith, currently of Lufkin Texas, who was and is an awesome minister and pastor (he was my pastor in High Island Texas at one point)
Kent's brother Rev. David (Andy) Smith pastors in Round Rock Texas
Kent's Brother Rev. Myron Smith pastors in the League City Texas area.
Tracie Smith's (Step) Mom is Shirley Thomas Patrick. She is married to Rev. Carl Patrick who is an awesome minister and pastor
Tracie's Sister Vicki Thomas Simoneaux is married to former Missionary to Africa Rev. Tremayne Simoneaux and who now pastors Gospel Truth Church in Houston Texas.
Tracie's (Step) Brother is Rev. Kelly Patrick and he pastors in Mississippi.
LOVE each of these families.
I grew up with Kent, Kay, Andy and Sharla Smith. (Myron came along MUCH later!)
I met the Thomas Family as in and around the Texas Campgrounds.
I also grew up with Paulette, Karen and Kelly Patrick (Deneise and Carla was a bit older than us). Our dad's pastored neighboring churches.
Such a horrible tragedy to happen to such a good Mommy and great young lady. My heart breaks for all the extended family.
