I do not know how many of you have heard about this situation, but Mom showed it to me and I feel a need to pass it on.

A few days ago a police officer shot and killed the dog of a man who was not guilty of any crime. This is an outrage as the videos that I am posting will show. I find this to be highly offensive. There is a Facebook page called Justice for Cisco. If you found this to be as disturbing and disgusting as I did, go there and like it.

What is if this had been a child or teen that had advanced on him? Would you want to be in this situation?

Bad deal - but no big deal. They should apologize and pay for the dog plus maybe a few thousand for pain and suffering... The dispatch messed this up.

Yes. If I call in and tell the police a drunk man is attacking a woman and has a weapon, I expect them to show up with guns drawn.

This guy was looking for a hispanic male. Further, he is show to have lied to his supervisor on tape about the situation. Lastly, when he saw that things did not match the discription that he was given he should have made a polite inquiry instead of reacting in such a manner. This could have been a child that he shot. You will notice that he did not react the same way when he and the other officer confronted the actual guilty party.

Cop over-reacted. He lied to his Sup. They owe the man an apology and should at least compensate him the amount it would cost to make him whole
