Help with ISO file

I downloaded some commentaries from the internet in an ISO file. I can access the contents just fine by mounting the ISO file. What I want to do is buy a starter version of the actual software program and copy the contents from the ISO file into the program file of the software program in order to access ISO content from software program. Can this be done? How do I copy content from ISO file into a program file?
