So this guy is charged with a felony...if convicted he won't be legally carrying anymore (but I bet he'll still carry!) What an idjit.

From what I understand, the lady the two beat up was black, and since black on black crime gets no mention in the press. . .

I got your point; I was just adding my 2cents. I italicized "legally" because I doubt he'll stop carrying; he'll just do so illegally. And the idjit was meant for him, not you.
