Understood. The joke only attempts to riff off the expressed "limited cover" provided by god regarding the rainbow promise. Not aware of any promise from god to not send fire and brimstone, of course. If there had been a similar promise, maybe their international symbol could have been a George Foreman Grill with a red slash through it. TIC.
