Sorry, i get touchy about people adding stuff to 'Christian.' If you go read 1Sam8 you might see why i get particularly touchy here. We have more service suicides in our forces than 'enemy' kills, ladies. think about that, if you would; and come to the realization that everything you 'know'--or at least certainly everything taught you in school, is just about 180 degrees wrong.
I could lay indisputable facts om you until you refused to listen any longer, but i'm not really interested in going there anymore. but since i care for you guys; you know how much opium Afghanistan exported 10 years ago? 5-6% of the world total. Now? 85-90%. Your 'boys' guard the fields. Don't even get me started on the Cocaine connections with the CIA. Wanna watch a youtube of a former seal (or a high-up in the CIA--like, the LA bigwig; or a patron in the cartel--take your pick) coming clean?
I'd like to think the service was different then...but prolly just more discreet. Wadr, Senior Chief--this does not mean that there aren't a lot of good people serving...but yikes already

Maybe I should have used a different title for the post. I didn't mean to offend.
I have another post Apostolic Christian Libertarian. My views on foreign policy has really changed over the last couple of years. But I still feel close to those that served.

well, me too; and i love my country--which is to say my Nation. And surely you didn't offend most everyone else, which is mostly what bugs me, i guess.
satan is a devious dude, and his best trick is causing us to believe that he doesn't exist. Back when the Goat was getting his stripes, our forces had to at least appear to be the good guys, or something...but our treatment of vets has always been heinous, imo, which is one symptom.
i guess if you think you must have a king, then a military naturally follows from that; i'm just tired of watching my brothers dance like puppets for those Nephilim under that red and white flag, and under false pretenses. Another example of when one begins with a false pretense, everything that comes after will be wrong.
And i'm not interested in being hated on a Christian forum, either; but
...and you yourselves will become his slaves. 18When that day comes, you will cry out for relief from the king you have chosen, but the Lord will not answer you in that day..
is just a little more on-the-money than i'm comfortable with anymore. Yikes, the Ukraine now. Y'know we're giving a $Billion to the Ukraine now, apparently? :lol Lord help us. Oh ya--nevermind :(

My father has passed but he fought in ww2.
My grandpa fought in World War II. He was injured twice. His first injury was frostbite. He barely escaped death with the second injury. His entire nose was shot off at Normandy.
