Webcam Trouble Help!

It used to work fine. I have made a number of Youtubes with it. Now the microphone and the camera still work when I am using Paltalk BUT when I want to use it to make new Youtubes or anything EXCEPT Paltalk I cant find it.

When I hit my shortcut or when I try to open it in "devices" instead of starting it has a menu headed up with "open file location". It used to just come on.

Any ideas what open file location means?

It may have lost the location. Right click the link and from there you can set the location to the executable program
