? one finds what they look for, i guess. This is mostly just ignorance, wadr. There is "sleep-weed," higher in CBD's (breakdowns of THC), which also tend to be more therapeutic; and then there is (now) some very high THC cultivars of weed--ironically termed 'medical' marijuana--that would have one very hard-pressed to stay on a couch or in a chair, and sleeping is def out for the next couple of hours.

if you want to 'see' something, go look at the study Nixon funded--to put the kibosh on pot--that uncovered pot's cancer curing effects (reduced brain tumors, etc), which he then buried, and denied future funding for. in like 1970.

Its only in recent times that weed has been demonized to the extent that is has. Before this time weed was a drug that was used to help with all kinds of ailments. GOD made it like that for a reason. If its not ok to smoke why the health benefits??

Oh brother.

Yes, there are some medicinal benefits derived from marijuana, but that is not the focus of this thread. My guess is that future scientific documentation will support the anecdotal evidence being offered by many CO employers concerning the link of increased marijuana use in the population due to legalization to a corresponding decrease in overall productivity.

He didn't say sleep. He said LAZY

I doubt "weed" was a powerful drug for many years. It's only recently been cultivated and hybrids formed to increase THC

Weed doesn't really help with all kinds of ailments. It's basically something that relieves symptoms such as a lack of appetite
