Canada's parliament has come under attack potentially by terrorists.

"Scott Walsh, who was working on Parliament Hill, told CBC that he saw a man running with a double-barreled shotgun, wearing a scarf and blue jeans. Walsh said the man hopped over the fence that surrounded Parliament Hill and forced someone out of their car, then drove to the front doors of the Parliament building and fired at least two shots."

I saw a video shot inside the Canadian Parliament building. The video shows police or security moving down the huge stone corridors, then all the sudden it sounds like a dozen or so gunshots ring out and the video ends shortly after.

There was a muslim who ran into two Canadian soldiers, killing one, just a few days ago. Not sure who is involved with the Parliament shooting, but it could be another jihadist looking for paradise.

Only a matter of time before this happens here.

It is a rude awakening to a country who has never really dealt with this issue before. It will be interesting to see how they handle this as it is ongoing. Apparently there have been other shots heard in other places in Ottawa, so there is much concern that the attack may not be over.

Confirmed that this is an Islamic convert from Quebec. Wonder if he is connected in any way to the man from Quebec who killed one Canadian soldier earlier in the week.

Also, another attempt this evening by a man who jumped the White House fence, and was apprehended by Secret Service after getting over the fence.
