My heart and prayers are going out to those involved in the school shooting today in Marysville, WA.
Yesterday I worked at our local high school, and had a conversation with the school police officer. We were talking about the situation with the gunman in Canada. He made this statement: "The only way to stop a bad man with a gun is to have a good man with a gun."
I agreed. No amount of laws are going to keep guns out of the hands of those who chose to use them in evil ways.
The police officer at our school is a dear Christian man, and I am thankful to know that he is there doing his best to protect our kids.
