I have a cousin who is a guard captain at a manufacturing company. He has to stay in place all day and it's started to seriously affect his health. He's been getting so sick this past week that today he's decided to step down from captain. He hasn't gone to a doctor but he's hurting inside. His name is John Hughes. Please keep him in your prayers.
