Bro. Alan Fackler-- Do you know him?

This is a shot in the dark but there was a brother I met at General Conference I think in 1998 when it was held in Greensboro, NC. His name is Alan Fackler. I don't know where he was from, but I know where he was going. He was appointed as a Missionary to Cameroon the afternoon we met.

He has been on my mind real heavy and I know it was a long time ago. Still, if anyone knows him will you let him know that this guy is looking to reconnect with him.

About how old was this guy in 1998 when you met him? I found a handful of Alan Feckler's on white pages but of course don't know which one might be him. I had no luck with Google so wondered if he had died but also couldn't find a obituary that looked like it would be him.

Usually preachers have something on Google where you can find them.

I was 21.

He was married with young children. I am thinking he was in his early to mid 30's. However, his wife looked to be not as healthy as him and maybe even a few years older than him.

When I met her, she didn't seem so enthused to meet me but I am sure that whatever was going on in the moment when I met her had absolutely nothing to do with me.

I sure would like to know how he is doing today.

Surely, somebody knows about him, his whereabouts, etc.

The only other Facklers I have ever heard of in apostolic circles live in McMinnville OR. I see Ben on FB but might not be much recent activity. They all attend a con/control church......good luck.

Neither do I think he was LA-- but I could be wrong there AND I now remember that he spelled his name Allan.

Maybe this guy is the father to the Allan Fackler I met.

Or maybe one of these entries in LA are him.

Is there anyone here who has a connection with someone at HQ's that maybe knows/knew this man of God and knows how to put me in touch with him directly.

The link provided took you to one listing. The only one that also gave the C as a middle initial.

Neither do I think he was LA-- but I could be wrong there AND I now remember that he spelled his name Allan.

He WAS in Louisiana in the directory. One Fackler was listed in multiple directories, with at least one entry showing him to be overseas.
