Pray For CC1

I was very sick a couple of weeks ago for a week with a little sinus trouble but mostly feeling like I had been run over with a Mack truck. Aches, pains, etc.

I have been just about completely well and Saturday enjoyed hosting a family reunion for about 40 folks at my home. We had a wonderful time and I felt great.

Yesterday, Sunday, I went to church but was very, very tired from how busy the last few days have been. I took a short 30 minute nap after church then went out to my swimming pool for only the second or third time this year. I floated around on a floatie for an hour or so then got out. I felt really bad and the rest of yesterday continue to feel worse.

I have no sinus issues but an involuntary little cough occasionally but worst of all my back (beneath each shoulder blade and then where each kidney is) is aching and hurting badly along with my neck. It hurts my back and neck to even move at all. All of this has made me nauseus also.

I HATE being sick. I have way too much work to do and my BIL who is like a brother to me is here until Wed or Thursday and I want to feel good to visit with him.

Help me pray for healing and thanks for listening to me whine. I have no clue what it is wrong with me.

Have you been to the doctor, CC? This could be any number of things. You really need to go get checked out. I pray you receive God's healing touch, but I also pray that you will go have a good physical if you have not had one in awhile.

That little cough and pain below the shoulder blades sound to me like maybe pneumonia.........but I'm not a professional in the medical field. We have several nurses on here. Maybe they can tell you.

In Jesus name it may be a circulatory issue.Go to the doctor.Make an appointment.You have to take good care of yourself.It may be simple as
a kidney infection and a round of antibiotics and alot of fluids clears it up.
Thank God for antibiotics.People used to die from alot of things that
are unnecessary.

I concur with whichever poster said it sounded like it could be pneumonia. There is a variety of pneumonia that is commonly called "walking pneumonia" and it delivers symptoms like those you have described... functional but funky! :)

I am praying for your healing and suggesting that if my faith and that of others is too weak :) and you continue to feel poorly, please go get it checked out!

You are getting old! I was at church Sunday but sat on the main level with my beautiful 20 year old niece, not Mrs. CC1!! Mrs. CC1 will be pleased at thought you mistook a 20 year old for her! LOL.

BTW - I am beginning to suspect perhaps walking pneumonia also and if I am not feeling better tomorrow morning I am going to break down and go to the Doc.

I can't afford another week of being sick like I was not long ago.

CC1, I will pray.......Last month I had those same symptoms you are describing for almost three weeks...I felt like I had the worst flu of my life!...Finally I took off work and went to the doctor a few and had a lot of bloodwork done and x-rays done. The doctor couldn't find anything wrong. I think if I'd just waited a few more days I would have gotten well without the visit to the doctor. It's best to have a check up, though, if this continues.

You might want to be checked for Lyme Disease too. I just heard on TV that probably 200,000 Americans have Lyme Disease and don't even know it, because it goes undiagnosed. People just think they are tired and achy for other reasons.

Hmmm.....my daughter did make a homemade Key Lime pie two days ago but since it did not have chocolate in it I did not eat any.:killinme

I felt better yesterday and today. The only symptomn I have is that cough from almost three weeks ago now when I was sick that week. My chest still feels rattley.

Any more of the relapses where I feel like I have been hit by a truck and I am going to the doctor!

That was my niece! A guy stopped her on the balcony level after church and told her she looks like Carmen Electra. She is very beautiful. Folks probably thought I was some dirty old man with a trophy wife or girlfriend.
