What's your definition of The Oneness of God?

God is a Spirit, and a singular one at that. That same heavenly Spirit clothed itself in human flesh and was called Jesus. The same Spirit returned as our Comforter on the Day of Pentecost as the Holy Spirit (or Holy Ghost). Because our God is omnipresent, He was never not present in Heaven while wrapped in flesh, nor vice versa.

That's the way I've heard explained a time or two to me, and it just made sense. God bless!

There's so much more i'd like to add, but i'll leave it at this:

As Deuteronomy 6:4 say’s, that Jesus solidified in Mark 12:29 setting forth as the greatest commandment: “Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord”. For as John 4:24 say’s “God is a Spirit.” As dealing with the Son (the flesh) as it say’s in Galatians 4:4 “when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law.” Not that Jesus was the Father, but that as it say’s in John 14:10 “Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.” That brings me to Ephesians 4:4 “There is one body, and one Spirit”, I submit every time you see the Father you insert Spirit, and every time you see Son in the scripture you insert flesh, or body. For as you see there is “one body, and one Spirit”, but as verse 5 say’s there is only “one Lord”! When it talks about the Holy Ghost Romans 8:9 say’s so much to me “But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.” You see in just two sentences Paul call’s Him the “Spirit of God”, and then in the next line he turns around and says plainly “the Spirit of Christ”. He uses “God” and “Christ” interchangeably.

My favorite Oneness scriptures that say so much to me are: 1 Timothy 3:16 “without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh.” All because as it say’s in 2 Corinthians 5:19 “To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.” It’s sad most can’t see as it say’s in 2 Corinthians 4:6 “For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.” For Jesus is not in the Godhead but as it say’s in Colossians 2:9 “For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.” Because Jesus is as it say’s in Colossians 1:15: “the image of the invisible God.” And I believe Him when He say’s in John 8:24 “for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.” We all know any time in the KJV a word’s in italic’s they added it. He said there “if ye believe not that I am, ye shall die in your sins”, letting you know He was the same God that spoke and told Moses in Exodus 3:14: “Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I Am hath sent me unto you.” Calling Himself God in John 8:58 “Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.”

Amen! He say's this to Nicodemus in John 3:13 while staring to him in the face: "And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven."

The way I was taught it is when I see Jesus, I am looking at the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. All that there is to GOD can be seen in and experienced through Jesus Christ-- GOD with us.
