I subscribe to the "ignorance is bliss" theory when it comes to politics, current events, and pretty much life outside of my own little world. So I am quite happy to answer that I don't know what you are referring to! :D

YES!!! Since earmarking bypasses the normal procedure of pooling tax revenue into a general fund for distribution and allowing kickbacks - Yes, I am for making them public.
