Still up. Melatonin doesn’t work if you’re sitting in front of a screen.
Installed new BIOS on laptop. Hope it doesn’t crash. Fan is running pretty fast.

Think I’ll try to sleep at least 4 hours.

Oh, fan slowed down. Maybe it wasn’t the fan. What other parts in a laptop cause it to make noise? Other than the speakers, smarty pants.

I heard a lot of noise an hour ago. I thought someone was trying to break in. It stopped when I turned on the outside light. I concluded that it was squirrels or possum on the ruff. Before that I heard someone outside making sounds. Like choking or something. Maybe a drunk or junky walking by.

I’ve been looking at job postings recently. They are discouraging. They still pay minimum wage down here. Rilly? Naw, bro. I’ll blame the illegals that drive wages DOWN!!!

I’d like to find something until I have more direction than “stay”, and that settlement comes in. Being confined most of the week is driving me nuts.

I’m going to try to sleep now.

If I can't sleep, I drink a cup of Chamomile with two tea bags (no honey or sugar) and also Melatonin.

It is too much work to heat up a cup of water and throw a couple of tea bags in? Well, you deserve to stay up all night then. :heeheehee

A mind can seldom relax enough for sleep if it does not feel as if the day has seen sufficient meaningful accomplishment. And yes, get away from tech generated blue light.

I think the bigger issue is that I’m used to being up at night for work. I slept on a normal schedule for 2 months after my accident. I changed the pattern one time after that and have been having issues ever since.

I believe he is trying to say to move to Monterrey's town.

Nah, I enjoy teasing him. As long as he is getting involved with church then he needs to stay right there.

I tell people about you every now and then. Usually when I’m in a discussion about prophetic things or spiritual warfare.

I guess thats relative.

But of course it is. Each person knows for themselves what is sufficiently meaningful and worth accomplishing before the day is done.

I understand that completely. I worked third shift for years and years. Now, I work second, but am still up until 6:00am or later just about every day. Even if I've only gotten about 3-4 hours of sleep.

But as for the screen, you aren't helping yourself at all looking at one right before trying to sleep. Blue light triggers gangelions in your optic nerves which send signals to your brain to tell it to stop producing melatonin, because the blue light makes the brain think it's still day time.

Maybe that’s it. Maybe I’ll never be normal again.

Hope you all have a blast at church. I will be trying to get some sleep. At this point I should be searching for an overnight job. This is so annoying.
