I have this indepth study on "the identity of Jesus and the history of baptism in the Christian Age". The Baptismal part is at the end. I used all trinitatarian and secular sources and they speak on the changing of the formula from the original in Jesus Name method. I just compiled it all together a couple months ago. But on the identity of Christ I went in detail I wanted to compile as many verses that supported our position as possible to see what I had to stand on and all I can say is it's solid as a rock. The Baptismal part may not help you that much but whatever study you put together you can add that to the end and let them know it's even agreed upon by Trinitarian scholars that in the name of the Father son and Holy Ghost is not the original formula.
Here's the link click.on the link on my page and you can go.to my Google drive and download it. Hey if it helps one person it was worth the time and effort. Have a great day Sis and God Bless in Jesus Name!

I wrote a book called THE WAY MORE PERFECTLY, which is all about Acts 2:38 salvation with heavy teachings on baptism.

https://www.amazon.com/Way-More-Perfectly-Believing-Apostles/dp/1532729545

In Kindle as well.

Not saying it's the best. ;) But best to my ability.

Thanks! Getting that on Kindle!!

Don't take this the wrong way, but you and Brother Baxter have total opposites view on the subject of the Endtimes - no surprise to you are anyone else. I can't wrap my head around either view, so I just study and stay out of it.

HOWEVER, to my point - both you and Baxter are the BEST teachers on basic Bible knowledge that I have read.

Thanks, sister!

You are very welcome!

And yes, I noticed my dumb typos. The edit function timed out. They need to leave that function on all day. Ugh! Lol!

We baptized in Jesus Name because the Bible says to do it.

Matthew 28:19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, immersing them in my name: (The Holy Apostolic Bible)

Matthew 28:19 Therefore, journey forth, train all the gentiles as disciples, baptizing them in my name. (The Pre-Nicene New Testament)

Matthew 28:19 Therefore, go and make students of all the nations, baptizing them into [my]* name. (A Non-Ecclesiastical New Testament)

Mark 16: 16-17 He that believeth (In my name) and is baptized (In my name) shall be saved; but he that believeth not (In my name) shall be damned. And (In my name) these signs shall follow them that believe (In my name);

Luke 24:47 “And that repentance and (Baptism for) the remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

Acts 2:38: Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. (KJV)

Acts 8:16 “only they had been baptized into the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.” (Codex Bezae)

Acts 10:48 “Then he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.” (Codex Bezae)

Acts 18:8 “and were baptized believing in God through the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.” (Codex Bezae)

Acts 19:5 “they were baptized into the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, unto the remission of sins.” (Codex Bezae)

Acts 22:16 “Arise, be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on his name”
(Codex Bezae)

Romans 6:3 “Remember ye not that all we which are baptised in the name of Jesu Christ” (God's First Truth, V. 2)

Romans 6:3 “Remember ye not that all we which are baptized in the name of Jesu Christ” (Matthews 1537)

Galatians 3:27 “all of you who were baptized in Christ's name have clothed yourselves with Christ.” (GW)

Galatians 3:27 “all of you who were baptized in Christ’s name have clothed yourselves with Christ.” (NOG)

James 2:7 Aren’t they the ones who insult the good name spoken over you at your baptism? (CEB)

1 Cor 6:11 “But you were washed (Baptized)...in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ ”

I hope this is a good start.
