Rhode Island Gov. Gina Raimondo is pushing a radical pro-abortion bill in her state while claiming to be Catholic.
The bill appears to allow restrictions for late-term abortions, but it adds a broad “health” exception for abortions after viability. The exception would allow women to abort unborn babies up to nine months of pregnancy for basically any “health” reason, including “age, economic, social and emotional factors,” a definition given by the U.S. Supreme Court in the case Doe v. Bolton.
Ajello described protections for unborn babies as “insidiously restrictive, harmful and patriarchal reproductive laws.” Her bill would even repeal the state partial-birth abortion ban and fetal homicide law, which provides justice to pregnant mothers whose unborn babies are killed by abusive partners, drunken drivers or others whose illegal actions cause the death of the unborn baby.
The ACLU, which supports Ajello’s bill, has claimed fetal homicide laws are problematic because they treat “a fetus as a person.”

Water protection "deregulation" increases infanticide. Involuntary infanticide. Some call it miscarriage.
To advance a policy that increases miscarriages nationwide is as bad as advancing abortion.
Democrats have abortion. Republicans kill the unborn via "deregulation"
Neither are innocent.

Alaska, Colorado, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, and Vermont -- all these states (and Washington D.C.) have no limits and allow infanticide.
The VA bill is reportedly not moving forward after the backlash yesterday.

Involuntary being the key word. Involuntary. Again, there's no comparison between the VOLUNTARY murder of the unborn and miscarriages.
Death via GOP deregulation is the fate of the unborn.
Prove that deregulation causes miscarriages. I'd like to see the data.

While I would agree that there are no Christian political parties, there is one that is distinctly anti-Christian.
And that would be the Democrats.
They have become the party that is against anything that is Christian or is in the Bible.

Being politically neutral, I consider them equal but different. Corruption comes in different ways. DNC corruption is as repulsive as GOP corruption. Both have positions believers should reject.
Believers have no obligation to the GOP.

I do not support late term abortions. They are as immoral as deaths to soldiers in voluntary wars. Abortion stops a beating heart like polluted water murders the unborn.
If the GOP murders the unborn, some believers look the other way, due to supposed political affinity. If the unborn are killed due to DNC policy, some believers should it from the mountaintops.
Morality censured by politics is not Christian at all.

So now the Virginia governor - who recently publicly advocated conspiracy to commit murder and infanticide - has a problem. A photo from the 80s has surfaced from his 1984 yearbook, a photo of a white guy in blackface and another guy in full Klan regalia, having a beer together for the camera. The outrage is palpable, calls for him to resign, even Kamala "the Ugandan Giant" Harris has called him out.
He publicly apologized, but of course hasn't resigned. Isn't it funny all the nationwide outrage over a 30 odd year old joke of a photo, but not over his insane statements that after birth abortion (aka infanticide, or MURDER OF INFANTS) should be legal.
Kind of like all the outrage over bad city water but none about full term or post-birth abortion expressed by a resident poster here on this thread...

When a person is more outraged by a yearbook photo of drunken frat boys in blackface and Klan robes than they are of a governor (who is also a pediatrician) calling for legalising the outright murder of newborn infants, they prove they are under the control of Satan.

It has also come to light that Governor Moloch had received around $3,000,000 in campaign contributions from Planned Parenthood. You know, the same Planned Parenthood caught illegally selling baby body parts? The one founded by Margaret Sanger for the express purpose of culling the black population so there wouldn't be too many of them? Yes, THAT Planned Parenthood.

Scott,
You think this is about party politics? This is good vs evil. This isnt a Republican vs Democrat thing...this is a Jesus vs Ba'al & Moloch and whoever else is for this nonsense. Lets stop clouding the water distracting from the true issue.
Our nation on the whole has WAAAY too much blood on its hands...our blood...our childrens blood...the blood of our unborn...the blood of the poor, widow, orphans and strangers. HOWEVER it has been spilled and by WHOMEVER has done the spilling.
Far too much innocent blood shed and far too little of His blood applied due to lack of repentance.
Cry aloud. Spare not.
There are atheists on twitter that put believers to shame over how loud their voice is against evil and they dont even have the HolyGhost.
You know what they dont care about?
Vain geneologies of denominations.
They dont care who preached what or where.
They are wondering why people who claim to have a real relationship with a loving God are caught up and distracted by some silliness.
Man if atheists who dont even believe in a all powerful supreme being or an afterlife have enough guys speaking out....and these guys are doing this under the assumption that they have 1 life....this one and they are worm food.
We claim that we are indwelt by the literal Spirit whose voice spoke worlds into existence and that Spirit is crying out......what?
What exactly is the interest of this Spirit thats inside of us. What is HE interested in?
Who is who?
Ever think that the comment by Jesus that if we held our peace even the rocks will cry out in our place was literal?
Wonder who is crying out in our place?
Whose crying out against the evil?

Who said a party is the right one because it is not corrupt in ways the other parties are? Who claimed any party isn't corrupt in one way or the other?
There are, however, "distinctly Christian parties" in American politics, but they aren't one of the Big Two so they get no coverage.

They arent just posting on twitter. I was using "rocks" as a metaphor....as in something unexpected from a unexpected source. Yes people CAN do good on social media provided that they stimulate thought and discussion that changes minds. Does not even scripture say we are to persuade men?
The problem is that we get butthurt and lose sight of the true goal which is waking people up to different thinking other than what society presents and indoctrinates with.
People are changing their minds all the time.
My point being is that unempowered non spirit filled atheists seem to have better arguments against evil and are making more of a difference in changing minds when compared to us "religious" folks.
I dont think anyone thought I was saying that there are literal rocks in my driveway that are gonna start speaking cause some people hold their peace....but then again you knew that so why did you even make that strawman argument bro?
So is it my message you disagree with?
Is it the method or is it me you have problems with?

Both parties support policies that stop beating hearts.
Both parties keep the abortion industry going. The GOP isn't serious about abolishing human abortion, that's campaign rhetoric, just like the DNC isn't serious about helping blue collar workers. Both parties are an ongoing threat to our nation's existence, both are run by communists (the GOP is dominated by "neoconservatives", who are Trotskyites, a faction of communism).
None of that has any bearing on the fact democrats are now openly pushing for infanticide. NOBODY on any side of the abortion debate ever previously argued for abortion AFTER LIVE BIRTH. But that's where we are now. Imagine where we'll be in ten or twenty years.
The dems are used to push everything "leftward", and the repubs argue and then compromise. Today's conservative republicans are practically last decade's liberal democrats. The Overton Window always moves "left", both parties are the pushmi-pullyu of our DoLittle political system.

what? this makes it ok to support the left because you can type "both parties"
shoot, im dyslexic and I can type "both parties"
the fact is, for more than the last 20 years the party platform of the DNC has absolutely stated that there should be no laws whatsoever about abortion.
Barak Obama worked hard as a state senator in ILL to defeat a bill that required doctors to save babies born alive due to botched abortions.
The lefts position is that any woman at any time from conception until the baby is OUT of the womb has the right to say she wants the baby killed. That includes a baby born alive due to an attempted abortion.
that is the stated open position of the entire democrat party. There is nothing you can argue that makes that ok. There is nothing you can argue about the badness of non-democrats that make this ok.
period. its not debatable. You are either with the baby killers or you are not.
