Simple - water, juice from fresh lemons, Stevia for sweetening, a little mint leaf if you want that.

Here's the Disney World version:
Mint Julep
from Port Orleans
2¼ cups sugar
6 cups water
2 tablespoons plus ½ tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 12-ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1½ tablespoons crème de menthe syrup
Fresh mint sprigs
Serves 8
Combine sugar and water in saucepan. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in lime juice, lemonade concentrate, and crème de menthe and heat to just below the boiling point (200°). Be careful not to let the mixture boil. Remove from heat and chill to form a thick syrup. For each serving, pour two tablespoons of syrup and 10 ounces of chilled water into a glass of crushed ice and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.

Yes, it is sooooo pretty. I usually put only one whole strawberry in a long stem glass, but slices can look nice.
Well, that's all I have for now. Guess I better get some shut eye! Good night!

Fruit juice makes me hungry. I hardly ever drink it. Just a little OJ in the morning.
Good night. Love the thread! Great place to post our stuff for parties!

After reading a few non alcoholic mint julip recipes I came up with this one.It was awesome in fluted glasses with a nice mint sprig and lots of ice.
This is definately a chick drink.
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 frozen lemonade
1 frozen limade
1 cup of mint sprigs.
4 cups water
1 or 2 two liters of Ginger ale diet can be used.
crushed ice
heat sugar and water over low heat until hot and disolved.Do not boil.
Turn off and add 1/2 cup crushed mint.Stir in lemonade and limeade.
Stir well ,strain and set aside. If you are wanting to wait then refrigerate
until you use it.I would say only wait a day or so though as the mint
will not keep.
Fill glass 1/4 way with the syrup.3/4 of the way with ginger ale and stir.Finish it with crushed ice and a nice mint sprig in a fluted glass. Its gorgeous and totally good for your breath. Some of the recipes used cream de menthe syrup not the alcoholic type but it is said to taste like scope so skip it.This drink is a winner.Five of us had
it tonight and all loved it.I am going to have to make this again soon.
