Both of my five year old twin daughters have influenza type B. One has been having high fevers since last night. The other hasn't yet. Praying they are able to sleep tonight and it passes soon. Also praying my ten year old daughter doesn't get it.

One of the twins was complaining that her legs hurt and she refused to walk or even stand much. Since she has the flu, I took her in to get checked.

Blood work came back with elevated CK enzymes for Myositis, but not enough to admit right now. The Dr said to come back if she gets worse or it goes on more than a couple more days.

Appreciate the prayers. Wife is sick with fever and vomiting and both twins. My oldest daughter and I have somehow escaped this so far. Thank You, Jesus!

She walked around and even ran a couple times this afternoon and evening, thank You, Jesus. That was a huge relief.

Both still having fevers up to 104. Just when I hoped it was over, I woke up now (2:30AM my time) and one is burning up at 104.3 and the other is at 102.6. They had been fever free since yesterday early in the afternoon. Could be much worse though. At least they have kept an appetite and haven't been vomiting.

Man I dont envy yall that experience at all. Its bad enough my wife and daughter gets sick but you have a whole brood to take care of.


Wish I was closer so we could help I dunno...bring you food and pedialyte/powerade and give you a break.


Please keep us updated and we will certainly keep praying that those fevers break in Jesus name and that illness will just peter out n die and strength will come back and no one else gets it in your house.
