On this thread, let us just discuss how to stay health. And, thus, we do not have to be particularly concerned about respiratory ailments. We will be keeping our terrain in shape.

Here I am just jotting down some thoughts, to get this started.

no rats, bats, shellfish, pork or other scavengers
careful on over-sugar and under-nutrients
stanard american diet is far too high in sugars (and also processed carbs)
honey, date/rice syrup are generally far better than "sugar substitutes"

proper humidity
(I saw a pneumonia situation in Jeruslalem where the key was a combination of compresses and humidifiers while the individual sweated through the night)

Very good. And sadly needed in this day and age. A major problem is the nutritional poverty of mass produced store bought food and toxic additives. And this is "fresh" food, not even talking about Stouffer's or tv dinners or junk food. Honestly, unless the majority of a person's diet comes from their own garden/farm/ranch/homestead, or a neighbor's, or a (preferably organic) local co-op, they will almost certainly need nutritional supplementation (vitamins and minerals).

Speaking of which, I recommend most vitamins be in either chewable gummy or liquid form, or softgel. Most hard vitamin tablets tend to pass through the digestive system with minimal actual absorption into the bloodstream, from what I've read.

Another thing is the RDA (recommended daily allowance) printed on labels are almost always EXTREMELY subpar. Do your own research and generally ignore the FDA recommendations as far as how much if any you need.

Also, some vitamins and minerals require other vitamins/minerals in order to be absorbed and utilised by the body.

However, if you eat healthy foods grown in non-depleted soils you should only need supplementation for prophylactic (preventative) and therapeutuc (treatment of illness) purposes or to supply a missing food source.

Vitamin D3 is a proven immune system booster. You'll have to do your own research to determine your optimal amount, but I've generally found between 5000IU to 10000IU daily is a good immune booster. Most of your vitamin D needs can be met with 30-60 minutes of direct sun exposure during maximum UV atmospheric penetration (generally 11 am - 3 pm) but for immune boosting and treatment of "infection" 5k-15k Vitamin D3 supplementation has been known to work exceptionally well.

Vitamin D3 from the studies I've read builds up in the bloodstream so the effects of megadosing are cumulative over time. Missing a day therefore will have little to no adverse effects.

There is s caveat here. High dose long term vitamin D3 supplementation CAN over extended timeframes produce adverse issues if you are not also taking vitamin K (I believe it's K2 to be specific). However, the problems seem to be associated with serious megadosing (20000IU+) daily for 6 months and longer.

Vitamin C.

Vitamin C has been demonstrated to kill infections. The doses needed are in the gram range. Powdered ascorbic acid is orders of magnitude more effective than tablets or chewables, and IV Vitamin C is even more effective. Practically every hospital knows how to do IV C, though most don't want to for "some" reason.

Oral powdered vitamin c is best taken in 1-2 gram doses every hour until bowel tolerance is reached. At that point your body simply can't use any more. Unlike D3, Vitamin c does NOT stay in your system very long.

Most important it the perspective.
The Lord Jesus has given us so many blessings, and special tools from nature.

Yet everybody is "counting ventilators".
Which is virtually irrelevant.

The only Christian groups that have really focused on the health aspect of this supposed pandemic are some of the historic Adventists, and a few naturopaths and herbalists, who tend to be on Facebook. You can try to connect with one or two, especially if they have "hands-on" treatment experience.

To an extent, far too many have surrendered their responsibilities to the Pharma-$$$ crew. Totally unnecessary, and wrong.

Apparently treating this condition as akin to pneumonia or Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) has been a terrible error, leading to poor treatment, and increasing mortality. Ventilators have major down-sides and people have been put on them when they are unnecessary, plus the settings have been wrong.

The condition is more a blood-oxygen delivery problem, so as an example a hyperbaric chamber, up to top notch, would be a far better treatment And perhaps far simpler oxygen masks.

And the natural recommendations above will generally all be helpful (there are a few others to add, like chlorophyll/chloroxygen, now that the condition is better understood.)

How many of the people who have passed away, or had very severe cases of 'covid' actually did a full-blown sanitarium style treatment, with hours outdoors each day?

Bloomberg surprised me the other day with an articles about the outdoor cures in the late 1800s. The author was Stephen Mihm. There may be more than one article, some show pictures of the outdoor patios and verandas. I plan a post on this topic.

Also remember the movie about the Kellogg sanitarium? While done in a humorous and mocking style, many, many people's health was improved.

My gut feeling is that a large, or huuggge, proportion of deaths that you see on the official tally sheets, are the result of hospital treatment, iatrogenic. The ventilators being used in a totally inappropriate manner being one major part, that effectively was a murder machine for thousands.

After you also eliminate the large number of deaths that were simply marked covid for convenience, but were actually something totally unrelated, you have a much smaller number that actually passed from any new, or novel, ailment.

(Please do not call it a 'virus', that theory is pseudo-science of the absurd.)

Radiation induced pneumonitis has essentially the exact same symptoms as the original covid, before it was expanded to include pretty much any ailment you want, in Alice's Restaurant. So if a person took radiation for cancer treatment (not recommended, dear brethren) they should easily qualify as a covid-ite.

Now, clearly, there is a reluctance to talk about what treatment anyone has had, especially if they passed away.

The MSM want you only thinking about vaccines and pricey treatments.

And when there is a more medical style success, like America's Frontline Doctors and using quinine (e.g hydroxychloroquine) combined with complement elements like zinc and azithromycin, all inexpensive, there is a huge CENSORSHIP campaign waged by the MSM and Google, Youtube, Twitter, Facebook. btw, Zev Zelenko has a protocol, prophylactic, that uses a more natural alternative in the quinine family. Maybe quercetin, which comes from certain fruit skins. Some simply use tonic water.

You can still get good info from many of these censoring tech folks (Google is the worst, the most pernicious, imho, and they own YouTube.) Twitter still has amazing posters, Parler is an excellent spot, essentially censorship free. And BitChute is a necessary alternative to YouTube, yet, ironically, the comments section by Disqus (they are trying to change this) is said to have some censorship, I'm talking pharma-$-fraud censorship. I do not mind censoring profanity, not one bit, it is a stain on many conversations.

Facebook even censored a quote from Fauci from a paper in 2005 praising one of the chloroquine compounds against the corona of that day.

Steven, one interesting side effect of wearing the mask has shown up in tests that show the acidity of the urine levels are raised. One hypothesis is that the rebreathing of the co2 is causing this which is also raising the heart rate and blood pressure in a compensatory method which mimics what the body does when one has sleep apnea.


It was a physican that posted the test results on a patient and was asking others if they saw a trend on the numbers when taking into account the patients medical history.


The urine had a ph of about 5 I think which is pretty acidic for urine....like the acidity for a cup of coffee which is fine for coffee but its a heads up when it comes to peepee.


With everybody wearing masks you're having a lot of these side effects showing up that they are having to figure out.


And the compensation would potentially be even worse if the patient actually is being treated for cpap or COPD since the body is already dealing with issues with respiratory, urinary or cardiac issues.


Everything is supposed to work in this nice balance and we have people teetering on the edge already.

Doesn't surprise me. I've had issues with breathing right wearing one at work, which is why I always wear it under my nose. Wholly defeats the purpose, but my boss won't back down about me having it on, so that's my compromise on the matter.

I don't disagree that we're certainly heading in the wrong direction, and people are slowly letting it happen right in front of them, but that's not what you said. You said China and the US are the two most oppressive countries. I'd argue Russia is more oppressive than the US. I'd argue the countries in the Middle East are more oppressive than the US. Heck, I'd argue that the UK is more oppressive than the US.
