The strategy appears to be to force delay the EC vte via the lawsuits and recounts and audits, triggering the House vote, in which each state only gets 1 vote. Since most states are run by Republicans, it would be pretty much a shoe in for the Donald.

This gives the Democrats 4 more years worth of reason for existing, since apparently they have no purpose in life other than to oppose the Orange Cheeto Dictator. Which might explain why they flubbed so bad on the blatant election fraud: job security.

It does not matter if the POTUS does not concede.
There are various deadlines in different states, but the bottom line is that the electoral college will vote on 12/14/2020.
That vote determines who is the next POTUS.
If no candidate reaches 270, then we go to the House.

Not necessarily. If the Electoral College can't or won't elect a President it goes to the House.

If enough states fail to certify I think it could go to the House.

One thing is certain, there's a lot of dirty laundry hanging on the line and people are starting to notice.

If neither candidate gets to 270, tied, or too far behind to catch up, it goes to the House. However, every member doesn’t get to vote. Each state delegation gets a vote. Republicans have a several state advantage. 50 votes available. 26 would be enough to decide the election.

I agree 100%. A friend send this video to me and a group of friends on FB and I replied with a link to one of the news articles about Shane's arrest for fraud, using multiple identities, etc.

Because he is such a scammer I only watched the few seconds of the video for me to realize who it was. I refuse to give such a scumbag my time.
