Does anyone know who wrote:

It's been so long since I have broke within
Please take me back once more to Calvary

I'm not sure if the lyric is correct. My first thought was that Lanny Wolfe wrote this, but I think I'm confusing it with 'Move Me With Compassion'...

Anyway, please let me know if you know... :)

The utube video is a totally different song with a different name, but it was on the album called "Move Me With Your Message Once Again" by the Envoys. The title used for the video is a bit misleading, but if you watch closely you see the thing is just a song from that album which is named the same as the song you asked about, and that album does indeed have the song you asked about.

That is a good old song. I first heard it at Lanny Wolfe's Music Ministry Conference in Jackson, Mississippi in 1978. They had several small groups that sang the same songs several times. "Move me with you message," was one of them along with "Love Grew...where the Blood fell," and "Home where I belong." Makes me nostalgic for those days before the schisms.
