I tried starting a couple of threads to generate a different type of conversation, but they ended up on page two very quickly. Once the women wearing pants thread got bumped back up to page one I knew it was over for the threads I had started. LOL! Oh well. Such is life on AFF. lol

I'm sorry. They are now a page three, an almost certain death sentence. :)

If standards had solid arguments to support them, the threads would go away. Obviously enough people feel passionate about both sides of the issue and that is why they continue.

Maybe most people agree on the inward issues?

I wish people used the Deep Water forum more for some of this stuff..... It would help navigating through the threads your interested in much easier.
(Now, a thread may be current but because it is only a day old, be found on page 3 or 4!)
