My wife received word today of my father in law's condition - cancer, bad situation, not expected to be a long fight. We will be leaving for Michigan City, Indiana very early in the morning. We desire your prayers not only for this need, but for traveling mercies. When I say early, I mean really, really early.

Lord Jesus,
We humbly ask that You would bring comfort and peace to Bro. & Sis.
Flemming and their family during this difficult time. Watch over them as
they travel to her father's bedside. You see this father and You know how
to take him across this Jordan. We thank you, Lord Jesus, for grace, mercy
and truth to make this transition easier. We give you praise, honour and glory,
in Jesus Name.

Bro. Phil,
All is as well as one can expect under these circumstances. Sis. Jill is helping her mother with issues she could not deal with herself. I just try to make myself useful where needed, otherwise, I maintain a low profile.
Unless something happens that would prevent otherwise, we will return home on Monday for the duration.
Thank you for your prayers and other efforts as well. Much appreciated, friend.

I am praying, too, and trusting that God gives you and your family strength and hope. There is always peace in the time of the storm.
